Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 3 blocks from blue stairs Lake Michigan beach access, 2 blocks from Kid’s Corner park, and a short walk to downtown. Enjoy our outdoor patio equipped with grill, large table and bistro lights. Large, fenced in backyard perfect for games and for kids to run around. Cozy up inside with a gas fireplace.

The space

Brand new flooring throughout. The living room has a smart TV and gas fireplace. You’ll find books, puzzles and games in the built in cabinets. The kitchen has brand new appliances as well as a blender, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee pot. The large dining area has double doors that open onto the patio. King bedroom has a dresser and a closet. Queen bedroom has a dresser and a closet. Bunk room has drawer storage under each set of bunks as well as a closet.

Guest access

You are free to use the entire house aside from any locked owners’ closets. The garage may be accessed for beach gear and outdoor games, but not for parking cars. The driveway easily accommodates 2 cars.

Our trash is collected on Wednesdays. Recycling is collected every other Wednesday (schedule on fridge). Please put trash and recycling bins out at the end of the driveway on Tuesday evenings and bring back to the garage by Wednesday evening.
