Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 3 blocks from blue stairs Lake Michigan beach access, 2 blocks from Kid’s Corner park, and a short walk to downtown. Enjoy our outdoor patio equipped with grill, large table and bistro lights. Large, fenced in backyard perfect for games and for kids to run around. Cozy up inside with a gas fireplace.
The space
Brand new flooring throughout. The living room has a smart TV and gas fireplace. You’ll find books, puzzles and games in the built in cabinets. The kitchen has brand new appliances as well as a blender, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee pot. The large dining area has double doors that open onto the patio. King bedroom has a dresser and a closet. Queen bedroom has a dresser and a closet. Bunk room has drawer storage under each set of bunks as well as a closet.
Guest access
You are free to use the entire house aside from any locked owners’ closets. The garage may be accessed for beach gear and outdoor games, but not for parking cars. The driveway easily accommodates 2 or 3 cars.

Meredith’s place was clean, fully stocked with all the kitchen, bath, and beach supplies you would need, plus beautifully decorated, and perfectly located! Just a short walk to the beach with all the beach essentials provided was our favorite part! Also a quick 1/2 mile walk to the main street for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment was great. I would suggest bringing bikes if you can to get downtown even faster! Every night we enjoyed the peaceful backyard with the patio, fireplace, and string lights. Our family is already excited to return in the future!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful, clean and centrally located home. Plenty of dishes, flatware and cooking essentials were available. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. Meredith was quick to answer any questions we had. Her place is all one level making it perfect for our friends with knee issues. The backyard was very nicely equipped, also and we wished it hadn’t been the hottest week on record in South Haven so we could’ve enjoyed the fire pit. We have already booked this home again for this fall. If that’s not a tell of how much we liked this home, I don’t know what is!

Awesome vacation home. Great back patio/yard setup. Had everything our family needed, and more. Clean house, well-stocked, easy walk to the beach and into town for ice cream in the evening. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Thank you!!

Our trash is collected on Wednesdays. Recycling is collected every other Wednesday (schedule on fridge). Please put trash and recycling bins out at the end of the driveway on Tuesday evenings and bring back to the garage by Wednesday evening.
